A Living Backyard Universe

Made for grown-up homes. Safe for the whole family.

The Central Joke

Your yard has been busier than you thought.

The folk of Garden Avalon take their world very seriously. The audience doesn't have to.

A newly mowed lawn is a glorious military victory to the Tool Brigade — and a devastating defeat to the Uncut. A lost household object may become Brindle's next delivery. A dog carrying off her toy is simply another wrestling match. Ordinary life around your home becomes history, adventure, and occasionally a very serious argument between tiny neighbors.

Collect the characters because they make you laugh. Explore the world because it feels like it was always there.

The Communities

Find your corner of the world.

Every part of a home creates a different kind of community — from cultivated gardens and organized workshops to the wild corners nature is trying to reclaim.

Future communities will also emerge from houseplants, offices, apartments, kitchens, patios, garages, and other places around the home.

Seasonal · Recurring

The calendar keeps the story moving.

Christmas, Halloween, Easter, summer, harvest season, and other annual events bring new characters, troop colors, and stories into the same continuing world. A limited release may end, but its characters do not disappear. Leaders and recurring residents return in future seasonal drops and animated shorts every year.

Your display can change with the season. The world remembers every year.

Animated Shorts & Behind the Scenes

The world moves — and you get to watch it happen.

AI-animated shorts bring the residents of Garden Avalon to life across seasons and story beats. Alongside them, behind-the-scenes world building — sculpt tests, painted prototypes, studio notes, and character reveals — is shared with the community as it happens.

Garden Club members see it first — early shorts, unreleased artwork, and residents before they arrive in physical form.

Collectibles

You're not buying a figurine. You're collecting a world.

Garden Avalon collectibles are designed as a growing, connected set. Leaders anchor each faction. Troops share modular parts across compatible releases. Seasonal residents arrive with the calendar and return in the story year after year. What you gather over time becomes your version of the backyard.

Made to live in real gardens, kitchens, and shelves.

Leaders are characters.

Each faction commander is a unique sculpt with its own story, silhouette, and personality — and a role that returns across seasons.

Troops are modular.

Standard troop bodies stay largely the same across compatible releases. Weapons, arms, backpacks, and equipment swap between bodies so parts collected from one release can join troops you already own.

Seasonal colors are limited.

Specific seasonal troop color schemes, holiday colorways, and event combinations may only be produced once. The story continues; those particular paint jobs may not.

The cast returns.

Familiar characters return every year. Leaders and recurring residents appear in future animated shorts and seasonal releases as the world grows.
